Letters from Muriel at 34 Hunter House, Hunter Street London, to Maitland at the R.A.M.C No.3 General Hospital, the British Expeditionary Force, Burscough Lancashire. She writes about her duties at the Royal Free Hospital, casualties and a role of women doctors and nurses in the WW1. In the letters Muriel shares her emotions and her day to day life with Maitland.
