About this work

Description

An artwork by Tuberculosis Patient 6 which shows a landscape with a path running from the foreground into the distance and a cloudy sky. There is a group of trees to the left of the path and to the right is a pool with swans.

In notes dictated to Wellcome staff between 1995 and 1997, Rita Simon described how there were Archaic features on the left of the painting which had been overpainted many times due to difficulties in forming the left hand side, which eventually "developed as a forest."

The title has been provided by the cataloguer for identification purposes.

Rita Simon classified this artwork as Massive Transitional.
