This series consists of minutes of board meetings, minutes of the Research Liaison Committee, minutes of the Working Committee with AE&CI, and minutes of the Special Committee on packaging.
An agreement seems to have existed between Coopers and AE&CI, whereby AE&CI were responsible for manufacturing or refining a number of chemicals in Coopers products. It is not clear when the agreement terminated, if ever.
At some times, matters debated at the Research Liaison Committee were also discussed at the Working Committee, and vice versa.
