Comprises articles and press cuttings about CIA drugs experiments, correspondence with the Human Ecology Fund and about the CIA, various notes and writings regarding Abrams' account of his activities in 1960s and 1970s and about Operation Julie and inaccurate reporting of his involvement. The file also includes a letter to Abrams' mother outlining his attempts to obtain information from the CIA.
