Folder 1. Greenville. Images include the manufacturing plant of Burroughs Wellcome Co. at Greenville, North Carolina; aerial shots of the site; the dedication of the new production plant at Greenville; work in pharmaceutical development laboratory; a stage in the manufacture of antibacterial Septra (know in UK as Septrin); Tote Blender in motion; packaging area; a group shot of identified employees c.1970; Colour photographs taken on (Mr A N Falder's ?) Raleigh-Greenville trip with Spanish moss and mules, c. 1969.

Folder 2. Research Triangle Park. Exterior shots:Images include aerial shots of the administrative headquarters and research laboratories at the Park; views of the exterior from various angles during construction and after completion. There is one colour negative with RTP in background and a Unicorn with 4 bottles of various coloured liquids on a table in the foreground. There are several colour slides.

Folder 3 &4. Research Triangle Park. Interior shots:Images include various views of open plan office spaces; the library; ladies in the canteen; ladies working in offices; men playing chess; the reception, entrance lobby area and security guard; chemist in laboratory; scanning electron microscope/X-ray analysis unit in the bacteriological control laboratory of quality assurance department c.1981; 2 stuffed Unicorns in festive display; one shot of 2 men at work in manufacturing plant; one colour negative of internal shot of office space and colour slides; Scientists at work including images in the molecular biology department laboratory, Dr Siegel; analysing pharmacokinetic data on remote terminal.

Folder 5. Research Triangle Park. Events and People:Images include Board visit to Greenville c. 1988; Ground breaking at TRTP, 1969, vice president, Dr George Hitchings, the beginnings of the RTP, Fred Coe, former Governor , Luther Hodges, chairman of the Research Triangle Foundation and State Governor Bob Scott. Filming of Brainstorm at RTP, c. 1982; Natalie Wood signing autographs, Cliff Robertson with employees. New York Old Premises c. 1920.Images include photographs c. 1920 showing the exterior elevation of the Burroughs Wellcome Co. building in New York which includes a photo mechanical print; photograph taken during building of 9/11, East Forty-First Street; photographs of artists impressions of New York offices; details of clay models from which the terracotta ornaments for New York building where prepared; interior shots of Exhibition Room, New York safe deposit boxes.

New York Old Premises c. 1907-1915.Images include various shots of old New York building, West 33d Street, showing the exterior elevation of the Burroughs Wellcome Co. building in New York which includes photographs of artists impressions of the offices; Interior shots include employees at work in offices, New York factory; Records Department; Shipping and Dispatch office; Show Room; Packroom Room; Laboratory; Stock Department, Lafayette St, New York. There is a working photograph with pen and ink inscriptions on it which relate to changes to the facade of the entrance to the building.

Folder 9. Tuckahoe, New YorkImages include aerial shots of site c. 1961; Research and production buildings; detail of main entrance; plans of Hodgman Rubber Company, c 1926; the works in winter, c.1961; Tuckahoe works c.1929; interior shots include staff taken in 1948, some identified.
