Typed draft of the paper including abstract, figure titles and references. Minimal annotation.

Photographs used as figures/tables in the article including; figure 1 (no reference); figure 2 (no reference); figure 3 (no reference); figure 4 (no reference); and figure 5 (no reference). In addition there is a photograph which was not used in the paper titled "Kallikrein Cat" (reference 42/79/1 although it came in a bag with a reference 42/78/2462)

Correspondence between Vane and the publisher including; letter from Vane to Professor Sam Stacey, St Thomas's Hospital (editor at British Journal of Pharmacology and Chemotherapy) submitting the paper (2 December 1966); and letter from Bob Hodges (Royal Free Hospital, University of London), the press editor saying that the paper was now accepted by the editorial board with minor amendments and had been sent to press (11 January 1967).
