Description
Letters from Francis Galton to Emma Sophia Galton regarding the Erasmus Darwin memorial arrangements and photographs. The letter dated 25 May 1887 encloses a letter from Edward Bickersteth to Francis Galton, a copy of the same written in Emma Sophia Galton's hand, and a draft of the inscription. The letter of 28 June 1887 ancloses a photograph of the monument inscription.
