Description
Two bound photographic albums with black and white photographs. No 86/2 dates from 1944 to 1949 and illustrates the construction (North, South, West and East elevations) of the Dartford building. No 88/12 incorporates the Wellcome Chemical Works, Dartford Station and related buildings, exterior and interior shots. Photography mainly date from the 1950's, one is in colour. The album also contains staff of the Chemical Manufacturing Department and retirement and suggestion scheme award winners. Photographs date from c.1940 to late 1950's.
