Description
Eric Miller undertook a consultative project for a working party of deputy ministers set up by the Economic Cabinet to prepare a proposal for an "Employment Fund" to be resourced from petroleum export revenue. Includes working notes 'Some Propositions', 'Some Notes Towards a Poverty Programme', and 'Draft Presidential Statement'. Also includes draft documents and notes on discussions.
