Photograph of an illustration from a unidentified manuscript, 17th century, possibly from Hamburg, depicting an illustration of worms reproducing in an alchemical flask with scroll above containing inscription. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 26th August 1935 (PHO 3822).
