Th album contains 88 photographs, prints and postcards curated and arranged by James Gardiner on the subject of homoerotic representations, subdivided into the following sections; Professional Muscle from 1910 to 1990; Classical Inspiration; the continuing and shifting influence of the idea of "The Classical" as an alibi for the gay male gaze; Gay fetish figures from Post Office Messenger-boy to Punk Rocker Cinema; and Hollywood Homoerotica from Valentino to Tom Cruise.
