    ROROLTOH OF RASINGSTPOKK. ^-^00= JYtedieal Ojfieer’s JVnnual Jleport, March, 1919. Gentlemen, I beg to lay before you the Annual Report for the Borough, ending Decemher 31st, 1918. From instructions received from the Local Government Board, the Annual Report must again, as in 1917, be confined to a record of what has taken place during the year. Drainage, Seu'erage and Seioage Disposal. I would again urge upon you the desirability of obtaining more land for the treatment of sewage at the Sewage Farm as soon as the opportunity offers. Defuse Disposal. The refuse has been again dealt with without serious complaint, in spite of the many difficulties to contend with, including shortage of labour. Milk Supply. The Dairies, Cowsheds, and Milk Shops were regularly inspected as in former years and found satisfactory. River Loddon. The nuisance arising from the deposit of empty tins, etc., still continues, and I should be glad if the Council would continue to give a proper fall to the stream and fill up the holes where required, in continuation of the work already begun below the wharf, where the springs go down, and if possible to concrete the bed for a great part or the whole of the length from Eastrop onwards to the King George Playing Field.
