Description

A collaborative project with British Leyland and Sheffield University undertaken by Frank Heller and Nick Varelidis on behalf of the Tavistock Institute. The project adopted a monitoring-action approach, rather than a consulting approach, to assist both unions and company management in finding solutions to issues surrounding worker participation and industrial relations. The research team held a neutral ground between unions and management and the framework ensured that both parties could be served seperately by research if required.
