5-HT, 5-HIAA, Dopamine and Noradrenaline: Methods and Experiments

Notebook labelled "M Vogt" in top right hand corner, however there are various other notes written on the cover indicating experiments and data inside and on the spine is written "5HT/5HIAA Method". Many of the notes appear to be by A. Celis, who worked with Vogt in the 1970s (see file C/3/1/21). The volume contains notes on methods for making up solutions, methods of fluoremetric assay and estimation, preparation of resins and equipment for particular experiments, all relating to 5-HT, 5-HIAA, NA and DA. Also includes some of Vogt's cat experiments in her own hand re 5-HT and 5HIAA. Many of the pages are stuck-in typed sheets plus some pasted-in graphs
