Systems Group project: Field notes and draft papers

File 1: Includes mainly manuscript field notes, and manuscript copies of draft recommendations on topics including preconditions for change, responsibility, recognition and change, the teaching task, project methodology, processes and resources for change, the need for change in the systems group. Also includes typescript field notes on a visit to Open University, Milton Keynes, and notes on a comparison of two Tavistock views of the Open University.

File 2: Includes manuscript notes of meetings with members of the Systems Group, draft synopsis of interviews, and other related notes and papers.
