The file is annotated by Crick 'Cold Spring Harbor paper', and the majority of the file comprises notes and typescript drafts for Crick and Koch's subsequent paper 'Some Reflections on Visual Awareness', Cold Spring Harbor Symposia on Quantitative Biology vol. 55, 1990, pp.953-962.

There is also correspondence and programme details for the Cold Spring Harbor symposium on 'The Brain' at which the paper was presented.
