Description
Files in this series mostly relate to Stanley Browne's missionary training and preparation with the Baptist Missionary Society, including his application and reasons for wanting to be a medical missionary, the progress of his medical studies, Diploma in Tropical Medicine course which he undertook in Antwerp, Belgium, and his acceptance by the BMS for a posting to the Congo. The series includes some personal correspondence.
