Lobbying correspondence and reports, mostly concerning radiation experiments allegedly carried out in the USA on prisoners from the 1940s to the 1970s. Mostly dates from 1986-1987, but also includes photocopies of earlier press cuttings and correspondence.

Includes a Subcommittee Staff Report for the SubCommittee on Energy Conservation and power of the Committee on Energy and Commerce US House of Representatives, "American Nuclear Guinea Pigs: Three decades of radiation experiments on US citizens" (Oct 1986). Also includes photocopies of press cuttings and letters to MPs concerning UK test veterans.
