The Proprietor begs leave to inform the Ladies and Gentlemen of Norwich, and its Vicinity, that he has lately built a New Commodious Room, and erected an Orchestra and Large Stage after the manner of the Royal Circus, with a complete set of new scenery, in a superior stile of theatrical elegance to any thing of the kind introduced in a public garden on this side the metropolis, by which improvement, 500 persons may be accommodated in the Rotunda more than in the former state Admittance on Tuesday (being the first Opening of the New Orchestra and Stage) and on Wednesday and Friday Evenings, One Shilling. - On Thursday and Saturday Evenings, One Shilling, Sixpence to be returned in Liquor. Tickets of each Performance to be had of the Printers of the Norwich Papers, and at the Gardens. N. B. A modern universal table, the most copious and authentick that ever was published, of the present state of the real and imaginary monies of the world: divided into four parts, viz. Europe, Asia, Africa, and America. Which are Sub-Divided into Sixty Parts or Lines, containing the Names of the most Capital Places, the Species whereof are specified, each Sub-Division in one Line, ascending from the Beginning to the End, teaching how the Monies are reckoned by the respective Nations; and Figures standing under the Denomination of each Foreign Piece, is the English intrinsick Value thereof, according to the best Assays made at the Mint of the Tower of London. Explanation. By Real Money, is understood an effective Specie, representing in itself, the Value denominated thereby, as, A Guinea, &c. (other Pieces, as A Pound Sterling, &c. - This Mark is prefixed to the Imaginary Money, which is generally made use of in keeping Accompts, signifying a fictitious Piece which is not in being, or which cannot be represented but by several - This Mark of Alligation and Dependance is the Sign of Equality, signifying is, make, or equal to. - This Mark is set under each Line, to lead the Eye to the intrinsick Value in Sterling of each Foreign Piece standing over it, and all Fractions therein contained are Parts of a Penny. The whole contrived and accurately calculated, by John Paraire, who disowns all such tables, which are not signed by himself as counterfeits, And is willing to clear any Doubt that may arise about the Monies of any Place, and to resolve any Questions either in Exchange or Arbitrations. Particularly This present Wednesday, the 13th; Thursday, the 14th; Friday the 15th; and Saturday, the 16th of July; 1796, Tight-Rope Dancing, By the celebrated Miss Marian, and Sig. Saxoni, Who will play on the Violin, display Two Flags, and leap over a Garter, Ten Feet high, with other surprising Manoeuvres. A Comic Musical Piece, called, Jerry Sneak in his Glory; Or, The Humours of Garrat Election. Jerry Sneak, Mr. Johannot; Bruin, Mr. Fox; Adjutant, Mr. Whitmore; Major Sturgeon, Mr. Connell; and Mrs. Sneak, Mrs. Davis. Miss Marian will, in a surprising Manner, Stand on her Head On Jacob's Ladder, surrounded with Fire orks, At which Time the Ladder will fall to Pieces, and leave her on her Head on one Side, 11 Feet high. A comic, pantomimical Dance (composed by Mr. West) with Scenery analogous to the same, called, Cymon and Iphigenia. Principal Dancers Mr. West, and Mrs. Mercerot, assisted by Twelve Figurants. The Infant Rossignol [will] imitate the Notes of various Birds, and also accompany the Band on a Dumb violin. The Little Pony, only 30 Inches high, Will go through his wonderful Performances. Thirty-Five new Acts of Horsemanship, By Mr. Astley's, and Mr. Handy's unequalled Horsemen. A trail of skill, by twenty Horsemen, and two surprising females. Ground and Lofty Tumbling, by both troops. Particularly Master Robinson, a Child only three Years old, will astonish every Beholder. In the Intervals will be introduced the admired Pony Races.

The following is a catalogue of part of the capital collection of birds and beasts now exhibiting at the grand menagerie in the Great Room, as above: A Royal Bengal Striped Tyger and Tygress, being the First ever exhibited at the above Place, much superior to any of the Kind in this Kingdom. - The Tygress was landed from the Duckingfield-Hall Indiaman, on the 14th of September, 1796. A ravenous hunting Tyger, from Bengal. An Asiatic Panther, from ditto. A beautiful Spotted Leopard, from Africa. A ravenous Laughing Hyaena. A wonderful Polar or Sea Lion; an amphibious Animal, which cannot live without being washed with Water every Day. A Jackall, or Lion's Provider. A ravenous Wolf, from Siberia, in Russia. A beautiful Antelope, from Asia. A large Tyger Cat; and a Muscovy or Civet Cat. A large Wild Man of the Woods, that walks upright, and is so extremely sagacious as to understand every Word the Keeper says to him. A Long-Armed Baboon; and a curious Ape, from Ape's-Hill, in Barbary. A stupendous Ostrich, Nine Feet high, from the Coast of Barbary. A Pelican of the Wilderness,-a Bird so remarkable as to be mentioned in Sacred History, that feeds it's Young ones with it's own Blood. A Royal Crown Crane, or Bird of Paradise. Two Condor Minor Vultures very rare and scarce. An Imperial Vulture, the largest ever seen in this Kingdom. A Golden Eagle, from Santa Cruz; and a Horned Owl, from Bohemia. And a Variety of other Animals and Birds, too numerous to insert. Admittance 1s. each Person. In an adjoining Apartment, is A wonderful Maif Elephant, which, although the largest Animal in the Creation, is so sagacious and tractable, as to be obedient to every Command of it's Keeper; and is so exceedingly tame, that Children frequently ride on it's Back with the greatest Safety, as the Den is well constructed for that Purpose. - Admittance 1s. each Person. In an Apartment under the Greatroom, is to be Seen from Obscurity, by A curious Appartus, Variety of Pleasing Perspectives and Public Animation, far excelling any thing of the Kind yet invented.
