What you’ll do

Join a drawing workshop led by artist Jessica Au from the 2B Or Not 2B Collective.

You will spend the first part of the session in the Forum, where you will do drawing activities that decentre sight and take other ways of engaging with drawing. There will be clothed life models for you to draw.

For the second part of the session, you will go into the gallery and do drawing activities inspired by the ‘In Plain Sight’ exhibition. You will then return to the Forum and apply the ideas you have developed.

All required materials will be supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own if you like. Snacks and drinks will be provided. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, and there will be an hour’s lunch break at 13:00.

This activity is for people aged 14 to 19 years old and disabled people aged 14 to 25 years old.
