What you’ll do

Watch MAPS, a dance piece accompanied by live music. Three dancers will create a map of the world using salt, then move through it to blur the borders, reflecting how globalisation and freedom of information have reshaped our world.

We’ll be in the Forum. To get there, take the lift or stairs up to level 1 and then follow the signs through the ‘Being Human’ gallery.

Sivan Rubinstein

Choreographer

Sivan Rubinstein is an independent dance choreographer, co-founder and director of OH-Creative Space, a new London studio at the Biscuit Factory and curator of OOPS festival in Brighton. She uses dance to uncover contemporary cultural issues and to empower a creative public conversation around them.

Liran Donin

Musician

Liran Donin is an Israeli double bass player, producer and composer. He also plays alongside internationally acclaimed artists and bands such Led Bib, Polar Bear, Mulatu Astatke, Chrissie Hynde, Shabaka Hutchings and many more. His band 1000Boats is currently promoting their debut album ‘8 songs’.
