What you'll do

Join engineer, neuroscientist and magician Dr Hugo Caffaratti to discover what the concepts and methods of the art of magic can tell us about our brains. You will see how our expectations shape our perceptions, and the way that our minds works mean that ‘seeing is believing’.

About your performer

Hugo Caffaratti

Dr Hugo Caffaratti is an engineer, neuroscientist and magician. He studied biomedical engineering before embarking on a PhD in the neuroscience of magic, investigating how magic can help us to better understand the human brain. He is the director of AbraLabs (Abracademy).
