This series of online events will discuss and share strategies for mental health care and wellbeing emerging from the current pandemic.

Artists and writers will share their experiences of mental health care and developing embodied tools for survival.

Join us as we make a space for supportive discussions about alternative practices of care. Can we re-envision how we look after ourselves and one another?

‘Take Care’ is part of Bloomsbury Festival (16–25 October 2020) and you can see the rest of the programme on their website.
