In this audio-described discussion, you’ll smell Ayurvedic spices such as turmeric, cumin and ginger, and you’ll hear about the health practices associated with them.

This discussion will take place in the Heal Good section of the ‘Ayurvedic Man’ exhibition on Level 1. We’ll meet you by the information point on Level 0.
