What you’ll do
In this interactive workshop, work with professional game designers to create your own text-based game on iPads using the web platform Twine. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the basics of game design theory.
By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own short game that you can access at home.
All the equipment is provided – you won’t need to bring a thing. We’ll provide snacks, too.
About your facilitators
Two games designers from Three Knots games studio will be running the session.
Who can come
All young people aged 14–19 are welcome, on your own or in small groups. If you’re arriving with a parent, they can drop you off at the door.
If you have any access requirements, please get in touch by email ahead of the session.
Where we’ll be
The Studio is on Level 1. Head upstairs and follow the signs to the Studio. There are 25 places in each workshop and it’s first come, first served.
