Description

This is contained in the large volume of plans and drawings entitled: “Plans and Elevations of Retreat Buildings, Belle Vue and Millfield”. Four elevations are shown: North Elevation South Elevation West Elevation East elevation. Also shown are plans of the ground floor, first floor, basement and lantern, with uses of rooms noted. There are very detailed coloured drawings. They also indicate lines of floor levels. Later pencilled additions to the drawing comprise a table of the heights of buildings and proposed lines of alterations, possibly with reference to the later part-demolition for swimming pool.
