Minute Book: Board of Directors; AGMs

This volume contains minutes of meetings of the board of directors and AGMs. The minutes have been translated from Spanish to English. Board meetings took place three or four times a year in general, but at times were more frequent. Matters discussed included the administration of the company, the remuneration of directors, relations with the UK companies, financial performance and company products, and the company's structure.

There is an index at the front of this volume.

pp. 6 onwards are primarily concerned with the merger of the company with Productos Veterinarios Cooper, Sociedad Anonima Importadora y Comercial, then the name of the main Coopers South American subsidiary in Argentina.

pp. 18 onwards are blank.
