Description

Oil painting by Emili Casals i Camps, c.1882, depicting two fashionable ladies visiting a traditional Spanish pharmacy. It was given the title of "Malade au coeur" when offered for sale at Christie's London in 1916 and purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum. Related images: M0013950EB, V0017136
