Gwen Prout stamp collection vol.37 Nobel Prize Physics 1921 Einstein #1

The volume comprises a collection of stamps, first day covers, biographies and press cuttings about Albert Einstein, winner of the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics. The majority of items were produced in 2005 as part of the World Year of Physics. Some of the items come with annotations and captions made by Gwen Prout. The stamps come from all over the world covering Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Additional items are in volume 38.

Some of the items also commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Balseiro Institute and the physicist Dionyz Ilkovic.
