Description

Lectures on the Practice and Theory of Medicine: in 5 volumes [sic]. The first volume has a title-page, as given above and contains, 37 lectures, the last dealing with 'Genus XVI. Of Generation'. The second volume was from 'Genus XXVIII. Apoplexia' to 'Genus LIII. Haematuria'. The third volume contains 'Genus LIV. Variola' to 'Genus 76 [Febris] Intermittens', which is the concluding lecture. The script is the same in all three volumes, and 'Ex libris Roberti Dunlop' is inscribed on the verso of the title-page of Vol. I, and on the first fly-leaf of Vol. II. Produced in Edinburgh.
