Bateman, Thomas (1778-1821)

Delineations of cutaneous diseases. The seventh edition, edited by Anthony Todd Thomson [1778-1849]. Copies of 34 of the plates, with short notes on treatment based on the original text, and added notes and prescriptions for skin diseases. By an anonymous Compiler. Some of the prescriptions are by a different and slightly later hand.

1 volume 2 ll. last bl.. + 34 ff. + 3 ll. folio. 26 x 19 cm. Original stamped calf-gilt binding, spine defective. The spine was originally lettered 'Cutaneous diseases', but the upper part is now lost. The paper is watermarked with the date 1830.
