Arrangement
Most monitoring forms had been numbered by Mindlink and were deposited by Mindlink in roughly numerical order, with gaps. This order was retained. Due to their large number, the forms dating to 1997 have been split into four catalogue items (SAMIN/E/2/1-4) in order to produce orderable items of more manageable size. The forms numbered 4,5,8,9,12-15, 17 and 18 included in SAMIN/E/2/1 were at the top of the original stack of forms, separated from the main body of forms by a small amount of general correspondence, which has been catalogued as SAMIN/E/3/1/14. A small number of unnumbered forms dating to 1998 found at the bottom of the stack have been catalogued separately as SAMIN/E/2/5, due to Data Protection measures requiring their closure for an additional year.
