An exposé of some diseases and their symptoms presented in form of questions and answers. Ascribed to Ḥunayn b. Isḥāq, although in the title the author is named as Galen.

Hand note

Script: Naskh Ink: Black, occasional words are highlighted in violet
Script:Ruq'ag, elements of this script is found in manuscript
Similar handwriting occurs in WMS Arabic Nos 466, 477. All three manuscripts used to be one.
