An exposé of some diseases and their symptoms presented in form of
questions and answers. Ascribed to Ḥunayn b. Isḥāq, although in
the title the author is named as Galen.

Script: Naskh Ink: Black, occasional words are highlighted in violet
Script:Ruq'ag, elements of this script is found in manuscript
Similar handwriting occurs in WMS Arabic Nos 466, 477. All three manuscripts used to be one.
