This Home is at present calculated to receive 45 patients recovering from sickness, and requiring change of air and sea-batliing. They are admitted from any part of England, and have been received from Lincoln, Loudon, Leamington, Wiltshire, Manchester, Carlisle, Northunibeilanil, Staffordshiie, but pnncipally Irom Yorkshire and Duiharn. The patients are provided with medical attendance, board, lodging, washing, bath, and eveiy- thing necessary to health and comfort, free of charge. The nursing of the patients and the domestic arrangements are attended to by the Sisters of the Homes of the Good Samaritan, who give their voluntary services. Four medical men have kindly given their gratuitous sei vices; and when patients require medical attendance, tha subscribers sending them have the liberty of choosing the system of medicine under which they shall be placed. The average visit of a patient will be one month, which will be prolonged if advised by the medical men in charge, in which case no fuither recom- mendation is required. Annual Subscribers may recommend a patient for every two guineas they subscribe ; but no patient is received for a single donation of two guineas. A Subscription may be provided by two or more persons, if entered in one name. Subscriptions are considered due on the 1st of January in each year. Donors may recommend a patient for every five guineas during that year in which the l.)uriation is paid. The forms of recoinniendations will be supplied with the receipts. Subscribers are lequested to return the form of recominendatic n, certifying that the case is a proper one, and not infectious, and the patient a .-•AMPHLETt' YORKSHIRE
