    Spicer. Collett's Elixir for the Cure of Dropsy. rectified and incorporated according' to art, and then filtered for use, which compleats the preparation, and then it is to be taken in the quantity of one large spoonfull, in half a gill of warm marsh mallowes tea, four times a day by a grown person, and so in proportion for persons of more tender years, and to be continued till the cure is performed. ^ In witness whereof, I, the said Joseph Collett, have hereunto set my hand and seal, this Sixteenth day of May, in the seventeenth year of the reign of His said Majesty, and in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty-four. JOS. COLLETT. 10 AND BE IT REMEMBRED, that on the Sixteenth day of May above written, the before-named Joseph Collett came before our Lord the King in His Chancery, and acknowledged the above Writing, and all and every thing therein contained and specifyed, in form above said. And also the said Writing was stamped according to the form of the Statute made and provided in the 15 sixth year of the reign of King William and Queen Mary, and so forth. Inrolled the Seventeenth day of May, in the seventeenth year of King George the Second, within written.
