The following description was provided by James Gardiner: "c. 1890 auto-fellatio albumen print attributed to Vincenzo Galdi (1871-1961). Backed on card (possibly part of an album page) and trimmed. Tonal contrast and definition are poor, albumen prints being particularly sensitive to conditions of light and damp."
