Project Summary:Janie Pedley, artist and physiotherapist will develop a nostalgic pop up book inspired by the history of exercise in the landscape. Appealing to both adults and children, the atmospheric artwork will inspire interest in exercise manuals of th Wellomce Trust Library, London. The book will be distributed without charge at a touring exhibition of interactive artwork on the theme of historical exercise at various public venues in and around London. The artwork will be developed from Jennie's exhibition 'Idyll' at the Royal London Hospital, which was also funded by a Wellcome Trust People Award.
