Description
Photocopied pages from two of Dunham's laboratory notebooks from his time as a postdoctoral research associate at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in St. Louis. The pages include sequencing data, images of gel electrophoresis results, autoradiographs, research notes regarding oligo (oligonucleotide) sequences and uses, published information about probes, notes on cosmid subcloning and alphoid DNA, and notes on PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) experiments using template sheets. The pages from each notebook are separated by a card divider
