LRO 301 IL-6 Patient CRFs

Patient case report forms (CRFs) relating to LRO 301 trial. The CRFs contain patient visitor cards, data alerts, CRF monitoring notes, inclusion/exclusion criteria forms, patient consent information, screening visit information. medical history, health assessment questionnaire, patient demographics, health data/results, laboratory reports, ECGs, ACR scores, medication lists and study completion/withdrawal information. These records are repeated and represent the weekly assessment visits of the trial.

CRFs represent the patients taking part in the trial at the site ran by the Kennedy Institute and Prof Maini (site 001).
