About this work

Description

The Tavistock Institute's group relations conferences are a personal development programme, which aims to increase personal effectiveness in any organisational role. Tavistock uses the conferences to show that development can happen through experiential learning and to help the attendees to learn from the immediate experience of participation in, and reflection on, the conference event.
