Register of Members

Register records details of: applications and allotments (of shares); directors of the company; members (and share ledger); transfers (of shares); annual returns to the registrar of companies (for Scotland); debentures; and mortgages. A postcard acknowledging receipt of returns by the appropriate authorities is fixed into the volume. There is an index at the front of this volume (which has been hardly used). Much of the volume, including the entire sections on applications and allotments (of shares), the annual returns, and the registers of debentures and mortgages, has been unused.
