About this work

Description

Therapy groups interested in participating in the FIH regulation programme were invited to apply to join the scheme. Supporting documentation was required as well as a completed application form. Groups who were unsuccessful in their applications were provided with recommendations from FIH, and were able to re-apply for the following year of the programme.

This subsection includes applications to the FIH regulation programme from various complementary therapy groups, as well as supporting documentation, including financial documents, minutes, and codes of ethics and practice. Also includes correspondence and subsequent recommendations from FIH on the suitability of groups for the regulation programmes, including strengths and weaknesses of applications, and conditions for participation in the programme.

In order to continue on the programme and be entitled to further grant support, participating groups were required to complete annual progress reports, detailing progress made during the previous year, changes to the project, challenges, and targets or milestones for the next twelve months. As with the application stage, supporting documentation was required, including financial documentation, in the form of statements, balance sheets or annual budgets, and other official documents. These files also include correspondence with programme participants about the next year of the scheme, including acceptance forms and details of payment.

Grant reports include an annual report of the working group's activities, including an executive summary, progress during the twelve month period, changes to the project, targets or milestones for the next twelve months, and supporting financial documentation, in the form of statements, balance sheets or annual budgets.
