Files representing the daily work of the Association, represented by Linda Lamont's office. Recording all the areas, projects, policies, events, etc in which the Patients Association was involved, working practices at the Association, management and communication between Linda Lamont and other senior association officers, some routine administration. Some information may duplicate or complement material in some of the subject files, K/2. The files are not always coherent nor meticulously arranged and maintained, being rather working files for the business of the Association rather than specific project or correspondence files. They are arranged so that specific activities files come first and the rest are in very rough date order, but there is a certain amount of overlap in the chronological files and there was no particular original order to these files.

These files indicate more how the office, and Linda Lamont in particular, operated within the Association.
