File contains a notebook without any title on the spine. The notebook contains details of experiments 1 to 86 carried out by J.S. and J.R.V regarding catecholamines. The handwriting is initially that of Vane, but part way through the notebook changes (presumably to J.S.), and covers experiment methodology, handwritten results, graphs and tables. Details in the notebook include:

Experiments beginning on 10 January 1964 (experiment JS1) and which last until 21 February 1964 (experiments JS22a,b,c&d), all in Vane's handwriting

Experiments beginning on 24 February 1964 (experiments JS23a,b,c&d) and which last until 20 October 1964 (experiments JS86a,b,c&d), in the handwriting of another person who is not Vane.
