Ce livre a été donné des mains du Sieur Jean Lombard médecin à Monsieur Jean Pascal pour Reconesance de ses bien faits et souvenir dudit Lombard. Le premier fevrier 1720'. A pencil note by a book-seller[?] of the late 19th cent. states 'Ce livre a été envoyé par M. André Constant avoué d'Aix'. Produced in Montpellier.
