Letters enclosing observations and sketches relating to Henslow's mental visions; dispatches from his survey of medical students on the subject of visualised numerals, and from his relations on visualising; description of his ability to conjure mental images, particularly the ability to picture the flowering of a rose bud; enclosures with notes on his "visual objects", "automatic memory", "double automatised", "simultaneous mental utterances" and "peculiarity of mental vision"; regarding the similarity of Mrs Haweis' visions to his own; and Francis Galton's statistics on the mental imagery results collected by Henslow.
