Description
First impression from the seal of The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (adhered to black paper as a display item, with typescript description). This impression was made November 1923. Together with manuscript notes by L G Ping [?] (29 August, 1923) and typescript notes by AM (29 November, 1923) on the origin of the symbolic components of the seal.
The file also includes a copy of the same seal imprinted on paper at a later date (25 November, 1931).
The seal was made by Acheson Batchelor, 25 Margaret Street, London W1.
