Biographical note
The Management Team was introduced during the restructuring of the FPA in 1989. The MT, through the Director, reported to the Honorary Officers and NEC and was responsible for organisational and management issues.
Members of the MT included the Heads of Department, who had overall organisational responsibility in addition to their own departmental responsibility.
