Biographical note
In 1990 UCLA proposed the establishement of a Pacific Rim League against Epilepsy for countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, China, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Taiwan and Papua New Guinea. Despite the formation of a working group this chapter was never established. The working group was organised by Peter Engel.
