About this work

Description

Scrapbook containing administrative documentation: agendas for meetings and conferences, membership lists, voting papers, invitations and copies of papers circulated.

Documents relate both to the Society as a whole; to various sections such as the Education Section, Medical Section or the Industrial Section; and to regional branches.

Papers circulated, similarly, might go to the entire membership or to particular sections only. They include both material relating to the Society, and to outside bodies: the latter including information on publications or training courses thought likely to be useful to BPS members (courses run by London University Institute of Otology and Laryngology occurring regularly). Information about potential jobs for members is also included, in the form of the Society's regular Appointments Memorandum and of loose papers intended for circulation with it.
